All plastic tanks used for the purpose of storing chemicals or hazardous substances have to be properly calculated in order to protect people and the environment and to achieve an adequate service life. With this in mind, we have developed SmartTank, state-of-the-art calculation software that assists in the precise dimensioning of tanks.

  • State-of-the-art tank calculation software according to DVS standards
  • Alongside “DVS containers”, it also supports the calculation of tanks made of SIMONA twin-wall sheets
  • Includes FEM feature
  • Provides structural calculation results (e.g. bills of material)
  • Online connection to the SIMONA SIMCHEM chemicals database
  • Flat roofs for cylindrical (i.e. round) tanks are also calculated by means of FEM
