How does the water get from the sea into the desalination plant? With SIMONA® PE 100 pipes.
Corrosion-resistant SIMONA® PE 100 pipes are ideal for transporting saline water to the Seawater Intake Plant or for the resulting drinking water supply. Due to their very smooth inner surface and UV resistance, SIMONA® PE 100 pipes can transport the brine, i.e. the concentrate that results from the reverse osmosis process, back into the sea (outfall system).
