Among other things, they include
- extensive hygiene measures at our sites
- avoidance of physical contact
- avoidance of non-essential travel
- avoidance of meetings in larger groups as far as possible
- use of home office and virtual meetings wherever possible
In implementing these measures, we aim to actively contribute to containing or at least slowing down the spread of the virus, while also ensuring that in the event of an infection at our sites we have taken all necessary measures to ensure that the infected person or persons has or have had as little contact with other people as possible. This action plan is also in your own interest, our aim being to increase the likelihood that regional health authorities will allow us to continue operations.
In addition, we have decided not to conduct any customer visits to our plants up to and including April 2020 and to keep visits to our customers to a minimum. We have also cancelled all training events at SIMONA Academy up to and including April 2020. We will be happy to accept enquiries relating to training seminars for later dates.
Beyond these restrictions, we will remain at your service as usual. There are currently no bottlenecks in customer service, supply of raw materials or the ability to deliver our products. We look forward to working with you in these exceptional circumstances and will do everything we can to be a reliable business partner.
