SIMOWOOD is the first large-scale sheet made of Resysta®, an innovative hybrid material based on rice husks and a specific type of thermoplastic. Once processed, the extruded, weatherproof sheets look and feel like wood – without a single tree having to be sacrificed to produce them. SIMOWOOD is particularly popular as a material used in patio decking, wellness areas and wet rooms, outdoor furniture or shipbuilding. SIMOWOOD sheets complement the existing range of Resysta®, offering architects, designers, display professionals and other service providers a wealth of new possibilities.
